The Governator is finally

rendered impotent.

Then again, I'm more proud that he's willing to compromise and collaborate with other people rather than "blow up the boxes" of legislative stagnation by going to the voters.

A call for bipartisan cooperation is a hopeful sign, because I would rather than legislators pass and negotiate laws than to have the people vote repeatedly--each with her prejudice, his assumption, her presumption, his apathy and their fear.
